- Lodging in residence halls at William Jewell, 2-4 persons per room, showers on the hall
- Meals in the cafeteria (one evening meal on your own) Lunches will be delivered to worksite.
- Project preparation materials, Bible studies, Group preparation, etc.
- T-shirt for each participant (to be given at the project)

- Crew Chiefs: Participation fee is waived. ($295)

Note: Registration does not include travel to or from the project.
Plan to use your group’s vehicles to transport crews to worksites each day.

Registration Policies:
- The project will fill according to the date of the registrations received from group leaders.

- Send a deposit of $50.00 per person with your registration form.
- Final Payment of $245.00 per person for your group is due May 1st, 2008.
- Balance Refunds are available up to within 21 days of the project. (May 23, 2008)
Deposits are transferable, but not refundable.
- Group Information Forms and Transportation Information must be received at the school on or before
May 1st along with your final payment.

Other Details:
- A Crew Chief is an adult over the age of 21, with a working knowledge of basic home repairs including areas such as painting, roofing, window and door replacement, deck and stair building. A Crew Chief also works well with students, teaching them the skills to accomplish the project.

All adult participants are expected to serve on a crew. Other adult leadership positions include:Crew Encourager, Safety Supervisor, Van Drivers, Construction Supervisors and Runners.
Students from each church group will be distributed to serve on different crews. Each crew will have at least two people from their local church. - The Matthew 25 Project is limited to students who have completed the 7th grade and older. While many of our projects this year will be exterior painting, the city asks that we utilize older students for more challenging projects.
- On Monday, April 28th, William Jewell will host a pre-project visit. Group Leaders, Crew Chiefs and others are invited to come see the sleeping quarters, visit worksites, and hear about potential activities for the free afternoon on Wednesday of the project week. Note: Travel and lodging for the pre-project visit are at the church group’s expense. WJC will provide food during the pre-project visit.
